​New Bohemia in Golden Valley is where you go when you're craving a beer and a brat that actually hit. We pour 36 craft beers - some local, some from further out - but all chosen because they’re worth drinking. The sausages are made right here in Minnesota from real cuts of meat, no weird fillers, no shortcuts. Pretzels and buns are hand-shaped like they’ve been for generations, fries are sliced fresh every day, and every sauce and topping is made in-house. It’s casual, it’s laid-back, and it’s all about the flavor.
